Besides, there is a Cabinet File (.cab) namely Game1.cab that you have to extract and paste all contents into the Red Alert 2 installation directory. The actual directory may vary.

You may have graphics issues that can be fixed by altering RA2.ini file and changing screen width in the following manner:
